Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe — we never store your card details).
Usage data: We collect information about how you use Replivo, including features accessed, bot configurations, and dashboard interactions.
Customer data you provide: When your customers interact with your Replivo-powered bots (via SMS or missed call), their phone numbers and conversation content may be stored to enable the service.
Technical data: Browser type, IP address, device type, and cookies for session management and analytics.

4. AI and Third-Party Services
Replivo uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power automated bot responses. Conversation data may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We use Twilio for SMS delivery and phone services. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using Replivo, you acknowledge these integrations.
We use EmailJS to send transactional emails. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand platform usage.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Account credentials are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
Data is currently stored in Australia and/or with international cloud providers who comply with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
6. Your Rights
Under Australian privacy law and applicable regulations, you have the right to:
