Questions tradies ask us
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your mobile. When you can't answer, your phone forwards the call to your Replivo number, and Replivo texts the customer back. We help you switch it on, and it takes a couple of minutes.
Will customers know it's an assistant?
Yes. Replivo introduces itself as your business's assistant and never pretends to be you. Customers just want a fast answer, and they get one.
What if a customer asks something it doesn't know?
It tells them it'll check with you, and texts you straight away. It only ever uses the facts, prices and hours you give it, and it never promises a firm price. Quotes only go out once you approve them.
What about emergencies or unhappy customers?
Replivo tells anyone in danger to call 000 and alerts you immediately. Complaints and anything sensitive are handed straight to you.
Can I take over a conversation?
Any time. Reply in the app and the assistant steps back in that chat until you hand it back.
How long does setup take?
